Benfica SAD, led by Rui Costa, has secured shareholder approval for its 2025/26 accounts, reporting a net profit of €19.1m.

According to Glorioso 1904, the General Assembly at Estádio da Luz on Thursday, one October, validated the report and accounts with 100% of votes cast.

Shareholders also backed, with 100%, the application of results and an amendment to article 3, number one, of the statutes. A vote of confidence in the Board of Directors, Fiscal Council and statutory auditor received 99.99% for the period one July 2025 to 30 June 2026.

Authorisation for potential increases to the share capital was renewed for five years, gaining 99.43% of votes, allowing the board to act within the statutes.

The figures show €135.5m in equity and net debt of €184.9m, while matchday revenue hit a record €45.2m. The club had presented the accounts in September, highlighting a strengthened financial position.
