Ryan, on loan from Corinthians, made his Fortaleza debut on Thursday, coming off the bench for 26 minutes in a 1-0 win over Horizonte in the Campeonato Cearense.
According to Meu Timao, the midfielder produced a long-range effort that went just wide during his cameo.
Ryan is on loan to the Ceará club until the end of 2026, part of the arrangement that sent Matheus Pereira to Corinthians on loan earlier this year. Both deals include an option to buy at the end of the term.
A product of Corinthians’ academy, he featured for the under-17 and under-20 sides and played the Copinha in 2022, 2023 and 2024, starting during the title-winning campaign in 2024.
He later stepped up to the first team and debuted in a 3-0 victory over Liverpool-URU in the 2023 Copa Libertadores. That year he scored his only Corinthians goal against Universitario in the Copa Sudamericana.
Across the following two seasons he was used more regularly, usually from the bench to stiffen midfield. In early 2026 he played in a 3-0 win over Ponte Preta before joining Fortaleza to contest the 2026 Serie B.
For Corinthians he has 59 senior appearances, with one goal, two assists and two trophies. He started 22 of those matches, with an overall record of 31-16-12 and a 61.58% points return, and is on loan until 31/12/2026.
