According to Meu Timao, SAFiel has written to Corinthians accepting Osmar Stabile's terms on the Neo Química Arena and requesting an urgent meeting today.
The letter asks the club to confirm date, time and who will attend.
It also proposes an NDA and a data room to share documents and proposals transparently, with a pledge to address new questions.
SAFiel seeks formal authorisation to open talks with Caixa Econômica Federal on settling, assuming or restructuring the Arena debt.
The fiscal council and the legal and finance departments were also copied.
The group says part of revenue currently blocked by Arena guarantees could be released for up to 12 months after signing.
Last Wednesday's Parque São Jorge meeting was described as friendly, and vice-president Armando Mendonça later sent 105 questions.
On Friday, Stabile said he would sign a binding offer if SAFiel committed to settle the Arena debt, adding he was ready to receive it on Monday.
Set out on 2 June, the offer targets R$ 2.5 billion, potentially R$ 3 billion, to address debts, investment and governance.
Supporters could invest from R$ 250 with per-CPF limits, and external investors through non-voting shares if required.
Identity safeguards and a clawback apply, while completion needs internal and regulatory approvals plus a members' vote, with implementation phased over one year.
