Santos fans have sold out tickets for Sunday’s Corinthians clássico at Vila Belmiro, kick-off 16:00, in the sixth round of the Brasileirão.

According to Diario Do Peixe, sales opened on Thursday 05 and were gone by Friday 06, with a further batch possible only if cancellations free up seats.

Santos come into the game on the back of a win, with the return of attacking midfielder Neymar Jr viewed as an added lift alongside the weekend slot.

Vojvoda’s side have four points and sit 13th.

At Vila Belmiro they have beaten Vasco, while defeats came away to Athletico-PR at the Arena da Baixada and Chapecoense at the Arena Condá.

The teams drew 1-1 at Vila Belmiro in this year’s Paulistão, when Gabriel Barbosa scored for Santos.

In the state competition Santos lost 1-0 to Palmeiras at the Arena Barueri and 2-0 to São Paulo at Morumbis.

This will be their second clássico of the league campaign after a 1-1 draw with São Paulo at Vila.
