Santos loanee Gustavo Caballero has been called up by Paraguay for friendlies against Greece and Morocco, in Athens on 27 and in France on 31.
According to Diario Do Peixe, defender Alexis Duarte, a regular in recent squads, misses out with an ACL injury.

Paraguay have sealed a World Cup place after 16 years, and Caballero now has the chance to push for a spot at the finals.
Short of minutes at Santos, the forward moved on loan to Portsmouth in January and has scored one goal in seven matches.
He remains under contract with Santos until 23 July 2027. Signed last July, he featured little, making 12 Brasileirão outings with one goal and one assist. This year he appeared in the opening matches of the Paulista and Série A.
