Santos top May social media growth as Fluminense, Palmeiras, Vitória and Paysandu complete top five | OneFootball

Santos recorded the biggest social media growth in May among Brazilian clubs, adding 523,000 followers and surpassing 27 million across platforms.

According to Globo.com, the figures come from the latest Ibope Repucom Brazilian Clubs Digital Ranking published on Tuesday.

Santos led gains on TikTok with 300,000 new followers, taking its total there to eight million. It also posted the month’s best increases on Facebook, up 100,000, on Instagram, up 87,000, and on X, up five thousand.

Fluminense delivered the second-largest rise with 106,000 new sign-ups. Riding the momentum of signing Hulk, its biggest jump was on TikTok with 100,000. Palmeiras ranked third with a net 38,000.

Vitória added 24,000, its best monthly result of 2026. That surge lifted the club back to 16th in the overall table, a spot held by Fortaleza since December 2025.

Paysandu completed the month’s top five for growth with 20,000 new followers.
