Santos win three straight away in Brasileirão for first time since Sampaoli era

Santos have recorded three consecutive away wins in the Brasileirão, their first such run since 2019 under Jorge Sampaoli.

Cuca's side won 3-0 at Vasco in São Januário, then beat Corinthians 1-0 at Neo Química Arena, before edging Internacional 3-2 at Beira-Rio.

The last time the Peixe achieved three straight away league victories was in 2019, when Sampaoli was in charge, spanning June and July.

Each finished 1-0, against Ceará at Arena Castelão, Bahia at Pituaçu, and Botafogo at Nilton Santos.

This season on the road, Santos have three wins, four draws and five defeats, the 11th best away record in the competition.
