São Paulo drawn in Women's Copinha Group D: rivals, where to watch

The São Paulo Football Federation (FPF) announced, on Wednesday night (23), the group draw for the fourth edition of the Copinha Feminina. São Paulo was drawn into Group D — nicknamed ‘Mercadão’ — with its matches to be played at Ibrachina Arena, located in the Mooca neighborhood of São Paulo city.

Tricolor’s group opponents are Fluminense, Vitória, and Criciúma. The youth women’s tournament will be held between November 24 and December 12.

Where to watch

All Copinha matches will be broadcast live, with games shown on CazéTV, Record News, TV Brasil, and Paulistão’s YouTube channel. Another new feature will be the selection of the Player of the Match in every game, an initiative already used in professional competitions organized by the FPF.

How it works

The 2026 edition of the Copinha Feminina will bring together 20 clubs from ten Brazilian states, covering all five regions of the country. The teams were divided into five groups named after traditional São Paulo landmarks: MASP, Copan, Ibirapuera, Mercadão, and Cantareira.

In the opening stage, the teams in each group will face each other in a single round-robin format. The group winners and the three best runners-up overall will advance to the quarterfinals. The knockout rounds will be decided in single matches through to the grand final, scheduled for December 12 at Canindé Stadium.

And last year?

In the last edition of the tournament, in 2025, São Paulo ended its campaign in the quarterfinals after losing 1-0 to Grêmio, also at Canindé. In the first stage of that campaign, the São Paulo side posted a perfect record to finish top of Group C, taking nine points from three matches, with nine goals scored and two conceded.
