Saravia targets four-month audition as Valencia deal nears | OneFootball

Renzo Saravia will join Valencia in the coming hours as a free agent, according to AS, taking the squad place vacated by Dimitri Foulquier after his season-ending injury.

The right-back arrived in the city on Saturday afternoon and will work under Carlos Corberán at Paterna this week.

He is happy in the city and felt the team produced a strong second half last night, though he considered the result harsh given they merited a draw.

Saravia is due to sign until June with the Mestalla club. His aim is to showcase his game over these four months and try to earn a longer stay.

His addition restores two natural options at right-back. Thierry has overcome muscle discomfort, travelled but did not feature against Villarreal yesterday. Saravia could be included to face Osasuna at Mestalla on Sunday and will wear the number 20 shirt.
