12:30 - Brighton v Liverpool: Go big with 10/1 lunchtime Bet Builder

Paul Higham: Dominik Szoboszlai is 17/2 to score from outside the box, which he's done more than anyone in the league this season and is a good way to back him at the Amex, but we'll use him as a base for a Bet Builder to take advantage of the continuing Betfair Bet £10 Get £10 offer on multiples.

The Hungarian has been running the show, he's scored in his last two but in total has 13 goals and 12 assists this season and more importantly he seems hell bent on dragging Liverpool back to their best - he should be involved in a goal here at 6/4.

Florian Wirtz has had some decent displays of late and with seven shots on target in six games he's a decent 5/6 to work the keeper here, but the big ticket item is the 9/5 on Diego Gomez to have 3+ fouls.

Yes, it's a lofty target but one he's had no problem in hitting in four of his last five games (getting two fouls in the other) and in two games against Liverpool this season he's been booked twice and made five fouls. It's a toss up between the two but at home will give him the benefit of not seeing yellow but still giving away the fouls.

15:00 - Fulham v Burnley: Back Cottagers to cover handicap

Mark O'Haire: Fulham have endured a difficult fortnight. The Cottagers have failed to score in three and were dumped out of the FA Cup in the last two weeks. However, Marco Silva's men have a great opportunity to bounce back to winning ways and rejoin the battle for European qualification when they welcome Championship-bound Burnley.

The Whites have won eight of 11 at home against teams in sixth and below, while also tabling top honours in six of eight against the bottom-five this season. Whereas Burnley arrive in the capital having been beaten in 10 of 15 away from Turf Moor, conceding multiple goals in 12 of those tussles and leaking 2.33 goals per-game on average.

The Clarets are easily opposed here having lost the xG battle in 14 of those 15 games as guests and are rock-bottom of almost every available major metric. We can back Fulham off a -0.5 & -1.0 Asian Handicap start at 1.75 and make money should the Cottagers take all three points with a full stakes pay-out earned by a win of 2+ goals.

17:30 - Everton v Chelsea: Back Blues to muster goals

Mark Stinchcombe: Since Liam Rosenior arrived at Chelsea at the beginning of January, it has been goals galore in Blues matches. In his 18 in charge across all competitions, there have been 66 goals at an average of 3.67 per-game. They've scored 38 but also conceded 28. It's noticeable how few clean sheets they are keeping with just three in total, and two of those were versus Hull and Pafos, with just one of those in his last 14 games.

Thirteen of Rosenoir's 18 games in charge have delivered Over 2.5 goals winners (72%), including nine of 10 on the road, and that has to be the bet again. Everton aren't the best opposition for a goals-based bet but six of their last 12 at home have seen three or more goals and this Chelsea side are clearly well above an average Premier League side in terms of goal heavy matches.

20:00 - Leeds v Brentford: Best bets for Matchday 31

The Opta Stats: Four of the last six league games between Brentford and Leeds have been drawn, with both sides winning once each in that run. Brentford have lost just one of their last 13 Premier League games against newly promoted opponents (W11 D1), a 1-2 defeat at Sunderland in August 2025.

Brentford's Igor Thiago has netted 19 Premier League goals this season and he could be the third Bees player to score 20 in a season, along with Ivan Toney in 2022-23 and Bryan Mbeumo in 2024-25 - should Thiago score, the Bees would have the most different players score 20+ goals in a season since they joined the league in 2021-22.

EFL tips and predictions

15:00 Championship - Charlton v Norwich: Back Addicks and unders

Jack Critchley: Charlton have an eight point cushion on the bottom four and they are unbeaten in five of their last six, winning two of their last three, including a backs-to-the-wall performance at the Riverside Stadium. Goals have been an issue this season, with only two teams, including Sheffield Wednesday, scoring fewer from open play. They've netted just a single first half goal since January 4th, with fans being made to wait until the second 45 for a semblance of excitement.

Nevertheless, this squad are always up for the battle under Nathan Jones, and aren't easily breached. They've gone into the break level in six of the last seven, with three clean sheets in their last five home games.

Norwich were defeated at Southampton in midweek - continuing their wretched record at St. Mary's - and will be keen to bounce back here. Unfortunately, the Canaries have serious injury issues and will use the upcoming international break to give the squad a much-needed rest. The left-back merry-go-round will continue here, and with a half-fit Mathias Kvistgaarden expected to lead the line for the second time in four days, they may struggle to break down the Charlton defence. Norwich do not concede many goals and this game should be tight and low-scoring.

15:00 L1 - Barnsley v Doncaster: Back visitors in Yorkshire battle

Alan Dudman: Joe Taylor's goals are salvaging a disappointing season for Barnsley. Taylor was on the scoresheet again on Tuesday in a 1-1 with Wigan, Barnsley's third successive draw.

It was a desperate first half display against a struggling Wigan side, with Conor Hourihane's team failing to find any passes and were opened up easily by long balls from out wide.

Doncaster are unbeaten in their last three league games (W1 D2); only in their first four league matches of 2026 have they enjoyed a longer unbeaten run this season (W2 D2). Three of their five away wins this season have come in 2026 and might be worth a punt here in a match of two poor teams.

European football tips and predictions

20:00 Ligue 1 - Nice v PSG: Back Bar-goal-a

Kevin Hatchard: PSG are once again through to the quarter-finals of the Champions League, having demolished a frail Chelsea 8-2 on aggregate. Luis Enrique's side were already 5-2 up from the first leg, and early goals from Kvicha Kvaratskhelia and Bradley Barcola at Stamford Bridge put them on the way to a 3-0 second-leg victory. Barcola's goal was a magnificent strike, and it underlined the fact that the former Lyon star is full of confidence. Barcola has scored in five of his last six games, and he has 12 goals in all competitions.

At 7/5, I'll happily back Barcola to score against ailing Nice this weekend (keep an eye on the team news to see if he starts). The INEOS-owned side from the French Riviera are having an awful campaign, and are only eight points above the relegation zone. Jeremie Boga and Terem Moffi were effectively chased out of the club in January by angry ultras, and former Lens boss Frank Haise left in December.

Nice haven't won a home game since October, and overall they have lost ten of their last 16 Ligue 1 matches. I expect PSG to get plenty of space to operate against Claude Puel's strugglers, and Barcola is well worth backing to find the net.
