Sergiño Dest to Bayern links ‘wide of the mark’

Bayern Munich are not pursuing Sergiño Dest, with talk of a move said to be wide of the mark.

Sky Germany reports there is no truth to speculation linking the American right-back with the German champions.

Recent claims had suggested Bayern were eyeing PSV pair Ismael Saibari and Dest.

Bayern already have Konrad Laimer, whose deal they are seeking to extend beyond 2027, and Josip Stanišić as options on the right.

Sacha Boey, who spent the second half of the 2025/26 season on loan at Galatasaray, has not yet been sold.

Meanwhile, the champions are closing in on Eintracht Frankfurt left-back Nathaniel Brown, who can also cover on the right if required.
