Brazilian football has shifted, with Série A stadiums built around the wider matchday, not just the 90 minutes.

According to Globo.com, all 19 top-flight grounds now offer lounges, boxes or VIP areas, adding comfort and extra revenue while serving premium fans, sponsors and corporate guests. Options include individual tickets, private suites for groups and reserved zones with dedicated services and access.

In some cases the experience starts four hours before kick-off and ends one hour after full-time. Open bar, food and prime views are standard, with some venues adding haircuts, beard trims, make-up and even tattoo studios. Others let fans watch close to the pitch, sample regional or fine-dining menus, use kids' areas or sensory-friendly spaces for people with autism.

Prices shift with opponent, competition, demand, kick-off time and day of the week. Derbies, finals and Libertadores nights usually cost more than lower-profile games. Current tickets typically range from about R$ 300 to R$ 1,500 per match.

There is also a corporate market. Soccer Hospitality sells access by match, season or year, and more than 120 companies maintain packages with ticket quotas to host clients, employees and guests across the season.

Capacities vary widely, with many suites holding around 600 to 700 people and some hosting roughly 1,500. Live music, appearances by former players, themed decor and entertainment activities help turn matchday into something beyond the game.
