Several clubs are reportedly attentive to Moises Caicedo’s situation as the player changes his agents this week.

Caicedo announced this week that he had parted ways with his two agents who have been representing him. But even though he was changing his agents and now being represented by his family, Chelsea have no concerns about him departing the club.

Whenever a player makes an agent change it can often lead to them wanting to make a big transfer move, but it certainly does not look like that is the case with Caicedo and Chelsea, thankfully.

The midfielder has become an indispensable player for Enzo Maresca and Chelsea and is in my opinion, the most important player who wears Chelsea blue right now.

However, none of this stops other clubs being interested in the player, because why wouldn’t they be? He’s arguably one of the best and most in form midfielders in world football right now.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano says:

“Several clubs will always be attentive to a top player like Moises Caicedo, but that’s it. He’s focused on Chelsea and is happy at Chelsea. His change of agent is not due to an imminent transfer, and Chelsea still intend to reward him, but he is already on a big salary and long deal, so no rush.”

Nothing to be concerned about

I think Chelsea fans can rest easy for now at least, in the knowledge that Caicedo is happy at the club and to be honest, I genuinely feel that he is LOVING playing for Chelsea and will be here for some time. It was a dream come true for him to play for Chelsea so I think we’re all good here!
