Santos have been approached by European clubs over forward Robinho Jr, with Sevilla, Rayo Vallecano and Genova asking about his situation, UOL reports.

Santos view an overseas move positively, however they are seeking a paid loan with an obligation to buy. The transfer window closes on 11 September, and the board have set a minimum price of 10 million euros for a permanent sale.

Robinho Jr has not played for almost a month. He featured in the 4-1 win over UCV of Venezuela at Vila Belmiro on 21 July, the second leg of the Sudamericana play-off.

This year he has 12 appearances, five in the Paulistão, four in the Brasileiro and three in the Sudamericana.

The 18-year-old briefly used the name Juninho in a July friendly against União São João at the Pacaembu, scoring a penalty, before reverting to Robinho Jr. He had long used the Juninho nickname in the academy.

His name honours his father, and he was given the number seven on promotion. Since early 2025 he has trained with the first team and was registered for the Paulistão, assisting in a 3-1 friendly win over Desportiva Ferroviária before an official debut in the 1-0 victory against Flamengo on 16 July in the 14th round.

In the run-in last season he recorded one assist in 15 league matches. Overall he has 27 senior games, remains eligible for the under-20s for two more years, and is under contract until 30 March 2031.
