Sevilla have completed the signing of Robbie Ure from IK Sirius on a contract running to 2031, strengthening Luis García Plaza’s attack.

According to Superdeporte, the Glasgow-born striker is 1.89 metres tall and capped by Scotland to under-21 level. Born on 26 February 2004, he arrives as one for the future at Nervión.

Ure has been prolific in the Swedish league this season, which began in April, scoring 15 goals and providing two assists in 15 games to help IK Sirius lead the table.

His form drew interest from clubs in the Premier League, Serie A, Ligue 1 and the Super Lig, but Sevilla moved quickest to secure him.

He came through Glasgow Rangers’ academy, continued his development at Anderlecht, then found a platform to shine at IK Sirius.

In 2025 he recorded 11 goals and four assists in 30 league appearances, and added five goals in five Swedish Cup ties.

Now stepping into LaLiga, he will look to carry that threat to the Sánchez-Pizjuán. García Plaza’s project counts on Ure alongside Isaac Romero, with work ongoing to add another forward option.
