La Liga outfit Sevilla have early this week been afforded a timely double boost on the personnel front.
This comes amid confirmation that two members of the Andalusian club’s attacking ranks have returned to group training.
Sevilla on Monday morning kicked into gear preparations for an upcoming meeting with Deportivo Aláves.
Fresh off a disappointing 2-2 draw with Elche over the weekend, Matías Almeyda’s troops will set about securing an immediate return to winning ways.
And as alluded to above, in efforts towards as much, Sevilla could well be able to count on a pair of players to have missed out over the weekend.
As per a report from Mundo Deportivo:
‘Matías Almeyda had Nigerian players Chidera Ejuke and Akor Adams at the José Ramón Cisneros Sports City, both of whom have overcome muscle injuries.’
Rubén Vargas, despite a fitness scare of his own late last week, was also able to train normally alongside his Sevilla teammates.
