Sofia Pinto called up to the under-18s for the Mediterranean Games

Sofia Pinto has been called up to the national under-18 team to take part in the 20th Mediterranean Games, joining fellow FC Porto players Leonor Silva, Fabiana Branco and Rosa Fontes. The competition will take place in Taranto, Italy, between August 22 and September 1.

Under the command of José Paisana, Portugal will face Morocco, Italy, Slovenia and Kosovo. The five teams make up a single group and will all play each other.
