"If they are relegated, he'll leave. There was a chance to join Southampton, but he didn't want to play in the second division," said Shlomi Ben Ezra.

Solomon joined Fiorentina on a temporary deal in January after spending the first half of the season on loan at Villarreal.

He started Fiorentina's last two games, scoring his first Serie A goal in the 2-1 loss at Napoli at the Stadio Maradona.

"Hopefully, Fiorentina remain in Serie A so he can continue with them."

Fiorentina are 18th in Serie A, one point below safety.
