Barcelona’s fine form this season has brought light into the lives of fans not only in Catalonia but across the world.
Playing a vibrant style of football with focus on the attack and reckless goalscoring, the Blaugrana are one of the best teams in the world in their current form and recent wins over Bayern Munich and Real Madrid ratify the same.
One individual who is rubbing his hands looking at Barcelona’s success, needless to say, is the Spanish national team manager Luis de la Fuente for he now sees more options than ever to call up for upcoming international games.
As called up for the previous international break, Lamine Yamal, Pau Cubarsi and Pedri Gonzalez are already fixed names for the manager’s list for November’s international break.
Also joining them with certainty are Fermin Lopez and Dani Olmo, both of whom were injured the last time around and have shown to be in fine touch in the team’s recent games.
As revealed by Alfredo Matilla, the manager also has his eyes on Barcelona midfielder Gavi who was injured for close to a year and made his return to football only earlier this month.

The youngster’s place in the squad is fixed, but the manager will decide whether to call him up now or in March after analysing his participation in the coming weeks.
Ferran Torres, meanwhile, also has a guaranteed place in de la Fuente’s plans but will return only after a complete recovery.
While the aforementioned players are all guaranteed places in the manager’s plans, several other Blaugrana stars are also pushing for a spot in the national team.
The Spanish journalist reveals that Marc Casado is one such player who the coach sees as a great option to cover the defensive midfield alongside Martin Zubimendi, especially with Rodri out injured.
Alejandro Balde is another player who has gained ascendency with his performances in recent weeks and could be incorporated into the upcoming rosters.
A third player also making a strong case for a return to La Roja is Inigo Martinez, Barcelona’s standout centre-back who the Spanish NT now see ahead of Pau Torres on the pecking order.
Barcelona, thus, could have up to ten players in the NT dynamics very soon in what would be a momentous occasion for the club. Given the hectic calendar, however, they will hope for lesser players to be summoned.
