Spurs midfielder Csiki joins AS Roma on loan | OneFootball

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Anna Csiki has joined Italian Serie A Women Athora club AS Roma on a loan deal for the remainder of the season.

WSL Full-Time were informed of the news via an official club press release from The Lilywhites this evening.

The 26-year-old Hungarian international midfielder goes out on her second loan deal this season. Csiki spent the first half of the campaign on loan at Spurs’ Barclays Women’s Super League rivals West Ham United. The player made 10 appearances for The Hammers in all competitions while she scored one goal.

Spurs signed Csiki from Swedish Damallsvenskan club BK Häcken in summer 2024. The midfielder became the first-ever Hungarian to play in the Barclays Women’s Super League. Csiki has made 13 appearances for Spurs in all competitions so far. It is not known whether the player has played her last game for The North Londoners, although she has two-and-a-half years left on her contract.

Csiki joins an AS Roma side that are flying high in the Serie A Women Athora. ‘The Magic One’ are currently five points clear at the top of the table after 12 rounds of matches. AS Roma are bidding to win their third Serie A Women Athora title this season.
