Noah Naujoks struck in the 31st minute to set Excelsior on their way to a 4-0 win at Cambuur. He now leads the Eredivisie scoring chart with two goals.

The midfielder arrived at the back post to finish left-footed from very close range after a cross from Irakli Yegoian, breaking the game open and exposing space inside the box.

After the restart he doubled his tally with a glancing header from Simon Janssen's cross following a corner (69.), timing his run to attack the delivery from inside the six-yard area.

Naujoks finished with five attempts, two on target, and six touches in the box. He also won eight possessions, underlining how his work without the ball kept Excelsior playing in advanced areas.

With wide service flowing and crosses delivered at pace, his late box entries and aerial threat repeatedly unsettled Cambuur's defence and ensured Excelsior dictated the key moments.
