Isaac Price settled the contest in the third minute of second half stoppage time, steering in a composed finish, as West Bromwich Albion beat Hull City 3-0.
Early on he found pockets between the lines and drew a low save from Ivor Pandur after a central surge. After the visitors were reduced to 10 men in the first half, his freedom between midfield and defence grew.
After the restart he kept shooting on sight, repeatedly working the goalkeeper and arriving into the box from the right channel to keep Hull pinned back.
Deep into second half stoppage time, he timed his run to meet Danny Imray's pass and tucked low into the bottom corner to cap his display. He finished with seven attempts, three on target, and four key passes, underscoring how he drove West Bromwich Albion's attack.
West Bromwich Albion move up from 23rd to 21st in the Championship. They visit Bristol City next. Hull remain in the promotion play-off places and host Sheffield Wednesday next.
