Supporters of La Liga giants Barcelona have on Sunday evening sent a message the way of Hansi Flick.

This comes amid calls for one Blaugrana star to be afforded a consistent starting place moving forward.

The player in question? Fermín López.

Midfielder Fermín was for his part in from the off on Sunday evening.

After being restricted to just over 70 minutes of action across Barcelona’s first three outings of the campaign, the 22-year-old was restored to his attacking midfield berth against Valencia.

And Fermín wasted little time in providing manager Flick with a reminder of his unquestionable talents.

Slipped through on goal at a tight angle during the first-half this evening, the Spanish international showcased equal poise and technique to pick out the far corner with aplomb.

As much came as the highlight of a characteristically lively showing on Fermín’s part.

And safe to say, such excellence has not gone at all unappreciated on the part of the Blaugrana faithful.

As alluded to above, fans of the reigning La Liga champions have sent a collective message the way of their side’s boss, calling for Fermín to be considered first choice over teammate Dani Olmo moving forward.
