A remarkable statistic, reiterating just how special the latest career milestone hit by Cristiano Ronaldo truly is, has surfaced online.

The name of veteran frontman Ronaldo has of course positioned itself front and centre in the headlines across all of Europe over the last 24 hours.

This comes owing to the 38-year-old’s latest endeavours on the international front.

Afforded a start in Portugal’s Nations League meeting with Croatia, Ronaldo bagged his country’s decisive 2nd of the night, late in the first-half.

And, in the process, the Al-Nassr standout took his career goalscoring tally to an absolutely eye-watering figure of 900.

In and of itself, this, of course, marks a staggering achievement for any one player.

And yet, it is only made to look even more impressive, when taking into account the respective career tallies of some of the current generation’s leading strikers.

As per statisticians StatMuse, Ronaldo’s haul of 900 goals is 19 more than the COMBINED totals of fellow Real Madrid icon Karim Benzema, and England international Harry Kane.
