According to Coluna Do Fla, the STJD has scheduled a hearing for Thursday 28 at 10:00 Brasília time in Rio de Janeiro, covering Flamengo, Carrascal, Leonardo Jardim and Flamengo masseur Fernando Munhoz after disorder in the match against Palmeiras.
Carrascal could receive additional suspension for the red card shown in that game. Jardim was also cited after strong criticism of the refereeing post-match, and both could be banned for one to six matches.
Munhoz may also be punished after he threatened the referee at half-time, the report said, telling the official he would not leave the Maracanã alive.
Flamengo as a club also faces action over objects thrown towards members of Palmeiras’ delegation during the confusion after Paulinho’s goal. The club could be fined up to R$ 100,000.
Paulinho has been charged under article 258-A, which carries a possible suspension of two to six matches, after making a provocative gesture towards the São Paulo club’s organised supporters.
