Strasbourg draw Rijeka and avoid Fiorentina in Conference League last 16

According to L'Équipe, Strasbourg have landed a kind Europa Conference League last-16 tie with Rijeka, while Fiorentina meet Rako Czestochowa.

Strasbourg topped the league phase and were exempt from the play-offs. Rijeka finished 16th in that stage before beating Omonia Nicosie 1-0 and 3-1 to reach the last 16.

Fiorentina, double finalists in 2023 and 2024, could face Crystal Palace in the quarter-finals. Palace came through the play-offs against Zrinjski Mostar, drawing 1-1 then winning 2-0.

On the opposite side of the bracket, Strasbourg would meet the winner of Sigma Olomouc v Mayence if they progress.

In the semi-finals, Strasbourg could face one of Samsunspor, Rayo Vallecano, Celje or AEK Athènes.
