Strasbourg sign Deivid Washington from Chelsea, Dario Essugo joins on loan

Strasbourg have announced the permanent signing of Brazilian forward Deivid Washington from Chelsea.

According to L'Équipe, the fee is around eight million euros and includes a sell-on percentage.

Strasbourg had been in discussions with Chelsea for at least two weeks before completing the move.

The 21-year-old previously played for Santos.

Portuguese midfielder Dario Essugo has also arrived from Chelsea on loan on the final day of the window.
