RC Strasbourg Alsace will be without Abdoul Ouattara (20) for several games, according to a report from L’Équipe

The versatile winger, who has also played wing-back, has continued to earn game time at his formative club, despite the influx of players in recent transfer windows. To date, he has 16 appearances in all competitions this season. In that time, he has scored three goals, two of which have come in Ligue 1, with the other coming in Le Racing’s UEFA Europa Conference League campaign.

However, Strasbourg will have to do without him in the coming weeks. As per a report from L’Équipe, the Frenchman is suffering from a hamstring injury, which could potentially rule him out until 2026. He already missed last weekend’s defeat to RC Lens, and he is also expected to miss the next five games (Crystal Palace, Stade Brestois, Toulouse FC, Aberdeen, FC Lorient).

Ouattara could, however, return for Strasbourg’s final game of 2025, against Breidablik in the Conference League on 18th December.
