Stuttgart coach Hoeneß responds to Manchester City, Liverpool and AC Milan links | OneFootball

Sebastian Hoeneß has achieved impressive results since taking over as VfB Stuttgart coach in 2023, and his work hasn't gone unnoticed by Europe’s top clubs.

The 44-year-old has previously been linked with clubs such as Manchester City and Liverpool, while AC Milan most recently reportedly expressed concrete interest in appointing him, according to Sport Bild.

The German sports magazine asked Hoeneß about the continued speculation surrounding his future, and he responded:

“It is to some extent normal that the successful work we are doing here together is noticed by other clubs. 

"That’s how the business works, and it was the same in previous summers. So it would not be surprising if there were one or two clubs who made enquiries about me.”

Hoeneß remains under contract with Stuttgart until 2028.
