Sunderland have launched a three-tier membership for the 2026/27 season, on sale from 10am on Tuesday, July 14. According to Sunderland Echo, fans who join before 8pm on Thursday, July 23, get £10 off the full pre-season streaming package. The programme followed talks with domestic and international supporter groups.

Season Ticket Plus, £20, is an optional add-on for existing season-ticket holders. It offers entry to an away ballot from 10 per cent of each allocation, plus member perks. Existing rights are unchanged.

Black Cats Adult, £48, is for fans without season tickets. It includes home ballots for league, Europa League and cups, opt-in per match, access to the waiting list and standard benefits.

Black Cats Academy costs £30 for the first child, then £20 per additional child, for ages four to 18. It mirrors Adult benefits and includes mascot eligibility for ages six to 12.

Members get first access to home tickets via ballots, with leftovers expected to reach general sale. Forwarding is understood to be unchanged, and one membership grants access to one ticket.

Only season-ticket holders who add Season Ticket Plus can enter away ballots, Adult and Academy cover home ballots only. Black Cat Points continue, but 10 per cent of away allocations is reserved for the ballot.

The 10 per cent is understood to apply across Premier League, Europa League and domestic cups. Europa League home plans are not yet fully outlined, with no indication Season Ticket Plus is needed for season-ticket holders to buy their seats.
