Sunderland players ranked by national team caps: From Hume to Xhaka | OneFootball

The international break brings a roll call of Sunderland internationals, so here is how Regis Le Bris’ squad stack up by senior caps. According to Sunderland Echo, several are away this month, including a Netherlands recall for Brian Brobbey and a first Haiti call-up for Wilson Isidor after switching from France.

At the lower end, Chemsdine Talbi has three for Morocco, and Brobbey sits on eight for the Netherlands. Nilson Angulo has 12 for Ecuador.

Habib Diarra owns 17 for Senegal, matched by Noah Sadiki’s 17 for DR Congo. Lutsharel Geertruida has 19 with the Netherlands.

Trai Hume is on 28 for Northern Ireland. Dan Ballard and Omar Alderete have 33 apiece for Northern Ireland and Paraguay respectively.

Reinildo Mandava has 48 for Mozambique, while Bertrand Traore has 86 for Burkina Faso.

Out in front, Granit Xhaka has 143 caps for Switzerland and is his country’s record appearance holder.
