Supercopa Feminina 2026: Palmeiras earn R$ one million after penalty shootout win

Palmeiras lifted the Supercopa do Brasil Feminina on Saturday, edging Corinthians on penalties at Arena Barueri, and pocketed R$ one million in prize money.
According to Globo.com, runners-up Corinthians received R$ six hundred thousand. This year the competition mirrored the men's format for the first time, featuring the Brazilian champions Corinthians and Copa do Brasil winners Palmeiras.
The inaugural 2022 edition offered no cash award to finalists Corinthians and Grêmio.
In 2023 Corinthians earned R$ five hundred thousand, with Flamengo taking R$ three hundred thousand as runners-up.
In 2024 the pot was smaller, with R$ one million shared between Corinthians and Cruzeiro, who contested the final.
Last year São Paulo, as champions, received R$ seven hundred thousand, while Corinthians collected R$ five hundred thousand as runners-up.
