Zan Vipotnik has been linked with a number of clubs ahead of the summer transfer window
Swansea City have been unable to sustain a push for a play-off place since the appointment of Vitor Matos, despite the positive improvements under the former Liverpool coach.
The Portuguese arrived in November in place of Alan Sheehan after a disappointing start to the campaign.
The 38-year-old has made a positive impact, guiding the Swans up the Championship table, but they are now 11 points behind sixth place Hull City with only four games to go.
Planning will be underway for the upcoming summer transfer window, as Matos prepares for his first pre-season with the Welsh outfit.
One major story regarding the club this summer could be the future of Zan Vipotnik, who is the current top scorer in the second division with 21 goals.
The 24-year-old has enjoyed a very strong second season with Swansea, and he has a contract with the South Wales outfit until June 2030, having recently put pen to paper on a new deal.

It has been reported by Football Insider that Swansea have set an asking price of £15 million for Vipotnik amid growing interest in his services.
Premier League stalwarts Brighton have emerged as the latest club to become keen on the striker, but they will face competition from a number of rival teams.
Coventry City and Ipswich Town have both been credited with an interest in the 24-year-old as they target promotion to the Premier League.
Meanwhile, Leeds United, Aston Villa, Brentford and West Ham have all reportedly conducted checks on the forward in recent weeks.
Vipotnik has enjoyed a strong second season with Swansea, and he signed a contract extension as recently as March, but that hasn’t put a stop to speculation over his future.
A move to the Premier League could be on the cards for the Slovenia international, with his tally of 21 goals in the Championship being five greater than Haji Wright’s 16 as the two forwards lead the golden boot race.
Swansea are 14th in the second division table, 11 points adrift of the play-off places with just 12 points available.
Vipotnik has scored four goals from his last three league appearances, bagging a brace against Middlesbrough, as well as scoring in a 3-3 draw with Sheffield United and a 1-0 win over Leicester City.
These goals have put him comfortably clear in the golden boot race, with just four games left to go.

Vipotnik has a number of suitors ahead of the summer, so it will be hard for Swansea to turn that down, especially given how many are from the Premier League.
But this could be an ideal time to cash in on the forward, as they have an immense amount of leverage due to his new contract, and his value may never be this high again.
He’s enjoyed a stellar campaign, and losing him will be a blow for Matos, but a fee of around £15 million can be reinvested back into the team.
And that figure may even rise if a bidding war breaks out, which is possible due to just how much interest there is in signing him now.
