Swansea City host Bristol City in the Championship on Saturday, 21 February 2026 in Swansea, with the hosts looking to build home momentum and the visitors aiming to stay in touch with the play-off race.
Swansea City are 16th on 42 points, while Bristol City sit ninth with 47. The reverse meeting in November ended 3-0 to City.
The hosts have three wins in their last five, including 2-0 at Watford and a 4-0 home victory over Sheffield Wednesday, though they lost 2-0 at Derby last time out. City's recent run reads two wins and a draw from five, responding to a 5-0 home defeat by Derby with a 3-2 success at Hull and a 2-2 draw with Wrexham.
Swansea City are without Adam Idah and Zeidane Inoussa through injury, and Marko Stamenic is suspended. Ricardo Almeida Santos is also sidelined. The Robins miss Ross McCrorie and Luke McNally, with Adam Randell out too.
With 55% average possession and 80.46% passing accuracy this season, Swansea City may try to control the ball, with Josh Tymon supplying seven league assists and Zan Vipotnik leading the division on 15 goals. City have scored 45 and kept 11 clean sheets. Their nine headed goals and 21.47% cross accuracy from open play suggest deliveries from wide areas could test the home defence, with Scott Twine and Emil Riis Jakobsen on eight goals each.
A home win would take Swansea City to 45 points and could nudge them towards mid-table. Victory for City would move them to 50 points and pull them closer to the play-off places.
