Liverpool entertained Nottingham Forest at Anfield earlier this afternoon as they hoped to secure a good result at home in the Premier League. The Reds made a decent start to the game but conceded the opening goal in the 33rd minute when Murillo found the back of the net. Arne Slot’s men went into the half-time break 1-0 down on the scoreline.
Nicolo Savona doubled his side’s advantage in the 46th minute before Morgan Gibbs-White killed the game off in the 78th minute. The match ended with Liverpool suffering a dismal 3-0 loss at Merseyside.

He dealt with the danger when needed and made two key chances going forward. However, Kerkez looked vulnerable defensively.
CM: Ryan Gravenberch – 6/10
Gravenberch earned possession back twice but was disappointing in the final third.
CM: Alexis Mac Allister – 6.5/10
He linked up play well with others around him but failed to register a goal.
CM: Curtis Jones – 6/10
Jones got stuck in with solid tackles but failed to impress in the Nottingham half.
