West Brom and Middlesbrough are both set to have key players unavailable for their upcoming Championship clash.
Middlesbrough are set to travel to West Brom on Friday with several injury issues in their squad, while the Baggies will also have a couple of notable absentees.
Friday's Championship clash will mark new Albion boss Eric Ramsay's first game in the dugout at The Hawthorns, and a win would take his side closer to the top half.
Meanwhile, Middlesbrough can strengthen their grip on an automatic promotion spot with a win in the Black Country, which would take them five points clear of third-place Ipswich Town.
The Tractor Boys have an opportunity to respond to Boro, though, when they host Blackburn Rovers in a Saturday lunchtime kick-off at Portman Road.
Ahead of Friday's key encounter at the Hawthorns, Football League World take a look at the players who will be missing for both Ramsay's men and Kim Hellberg's side, starting with the Hawthorns outfit.

Midfielder Tammer Bany has not been able to feature for West Brom since appearing as a late substitute in their 3-1 defeat to Queens Park Rangers last month.
The 22-year-old will be missing once again against Middlesbrough, having suffered a thigh injury in training last month.

Another Baggies midfielder who will be absent from their matchday squad against Boro is Ousmane Diakite, who has made 12 Championship starts this term.
The 25-year-old has been granted compassionate leave by the second-tier outfit, following the death of his brother Madou.

West Brom are missing two players for their clash against Middlesbrough, whereas the North East side are contending with a significantly higher number of injuries.
Goalkeeper Seny Dieng has not featured in a matchday squad for Boro's senior team since being named as an unused sub against the Baggies last January, thanks to an Achilles injury.

Former Blackburn Rovers man Callum Brittain has been a key figure for Hellberg's men in the Championship this term, making 24 league appearances.
However, the right-back suffered an ankle injury in a 1-0 defeat to Derby County on New Year's Day, leaving Pride Park on crutches.
Consequently, Brittain was missing from Boro's Championship victory over Southampton and their FA Cup defeat to Fulham, and he will remain sidelined for the West Brom clash.

Another Middlesbrough defender currently suffering from an injury problem is ex-Hull City man Alfie Jones, who had to be subbed off in the first half of his side's goalless draw with Blackburn on Boxing Day.
As reported by Teesside Live last week, the centre-back has undergone surgery on an ankle issue he suffered before the Rovers game, but attempted to play through.

Alex Bangura's last Boro appearance came in their 4-0 Championship win over Southampton, but he subsequently missed their FA Cup loss at Fulham.
After the left-back was forced off early against the Saints, Hellberg told Teesside Live: "Bangura will be a while, I think. He will not be able to play in January, and then we see from there."

George Edmundson has made just six league appearances for Middlesbrough this season, thanks to injury issues.
The 28-year-old last featured for Hellberg's side against Blackburn on Boxing Day, and is set to be missing from the action against West Brom on Friday.

Darragh Lenihan has struggled with injuries over the last two years with Middlesbrough and suffered an Achilles setback in September, after making his last appearance against Preston North End.
Speaking about the Ireland international's fitness back in November, ex-Boro interim boss Adi Viveash told Teesside Live: "Darragh’s still quite some way from being at a stage where he’ll be ready for training. He’s unfortunately had different injuries through a very sustained period."

Hellberg is not only dealing with a host of defensive injuries, but also the absence of midfielder Riley McGree, who has not played since Boro were beaten 2-0 by Bristol City last month.
The Boro boss revealed to BBC Radio Tees that the Australia international won't feature against West Brom.

Middlesbrough have been reliant on the goal-scoring efforts of attacking midfielder Morgan Whittaker this term, while Tommy Conway has scored just three league goals, and David Strelec has had to deal with fitness setbacks.
Strelec's last outing for the North East outfit came in last month's clash with Blackburn, while Hellberg has confirmed that the striker will also be missing against West Brom.

Another Boro forward who won't be able to test the Baggies defence this Friday is Kaly Sene, who has not featured for Hellberg's men since the New Year's Day defeat to Derby.
Hellberg said that the 24-year-old will miss out on the action alongside the likes of Edmundson and Strelec.
