Amario Cozier-Duberry is not yet fit for Bolton Wanderers as they travel down to Plymouth Argyle on Good Friday.
The ‘run-in’ across the EFL begins this Easter Weekend and there is a huge clash for a number of reasons at Home Park, as Plymouth Argyle take on Bolton Wanderers.
Tom Cleverley endured a difficult start to life as Plymouth boss, following his appointment last summer, but the Pilgrims have turned things around – and some.
As they head into the final month or so of the campaign, Argyle find themselves rampaging towards the top six and the play-off places, sitting just two points behind Reading in sixth place.
Bolton, on the other hand, have pretty much blown their chance to put the pressure on a stumbling Cardiff City side in the top two and the automatic promotion spots with a 1-0 loss to rock-bottom Port Vale before the international break meaning that the Trotters have now managed just two victories in their last eight matches at a crucial time.
Bolton now find themselves looking over their shoulder, just six points ahead of seventh placed Stevenage and with an extremely difficult run-in whereby they face Cardiff, as well as Bradford City, Stockport County, Stevenage, Huddersfield Town and Luton Town.
Steven Schumacher returns to Plymouth, where he won the League One title with the club back in the 2022/23 campaign, under a bit of pressure – especially concerned by the news that Cleverley will be able to welcome back Lorent Tolaj, as well as Caleb Watts and Herbie Kane.
That trio could be crucial for Good Friday. This is a look at the players that are confirmed absentees ahead of the clash.

Spanish defender Julio Pleguezuelo has been dealing with injuries throughout this season, but he has begun to train with Argyle. Cleverley has confirmed his return to playing will be ‘gradual’, though, and so he remains unavailable for this one.

After a brilliant winner against Wycombe Wanderers, Corey Blackett-Taylor picked up a season-ending injury a week later against Rotherham United. The Derby County loanee, who is out of contract with the Rams this summer, had been impressive for the Whites.

Key man for Bolton from the first-half of the season, Amario Cozier-Duberry is edging his way back to fitness after sustaining an injury in mid-January, but the Easter Weekend comes too soon for the Brighton and Hove Albion loanee.

Middlesbrough loanee Marcus Forss is out of contract at the Riverside this summer and may well return to Lancashire on a permanent basis but, for now, the Finland international attacker has yet to return from a hamstring injury suffered in January.
