Top clubs now circling for Diomande

Liverpool are not alone in their interest - with TEAMtalk now reporting that Paris Saint-Germain, Arsenal, Manchester United, Bayern Munich and Barcelona are all keeping tabs on the African teenage talent.

But any decision on Diomande’s future is going to come LATE in the summer - with the player now prepared to wait until after the FIFA World Cup before making his next move.

“The teenage winger is prepared to wait until after the World Cup finals before deciding on his future, amid rival interest from Manchester United and Arsenal,” the report reads.

“Liverpool have been tracking Diomande closely for over six months and have compiled extensive scouting reports, but they are far from alone in the race.

“The Bundesliga side are open to a sale at the right price but are equally prepared to keep Diomande for at least another season.

“In fact, discussions have already begun over a new contract as they look to secure his future and strengthen their negotiating position.”
