The Guardian are reporting that Chelsea are going to have a shift of focus in their summer recruitment at the end of the season.
We are heading fast towards another transfer window, and this one is the long window where the majority of clubs will get all their big business done.

Chelsea were very quiet in the January window, but the summer is largely being spoken about as being one that is going to be quite busy for The Blues.
Chelsea fans are fed up with Chelsea signing raw unproven and mostly younger players. But this summer, that could change a bit apparently.

The Guardian claims that there are suggestions of a shift in Chelsea recruitment this summer; that part of the focus on youth stemmed from a desire to reset after money wasted on older players.
Further to this, their sources insist there is no definitive policy around signing only raw talent.
Well, I’ll believe it when I see it. And even if there is a shift in focus, I have ZERO trust in our sporting directors to sign the right players we need.
