According to Nosso Palestra, the TJD-SP has scheduled a hearing on 24 February at 16:00 Brasília time to judge Palmeiras duo Luighi and Abel Ferreira. The cases stem from incidents in the 1-0 win at Corinthians.

The derby was played on Sunday 8 at Neo Química Arena and ended 1-0 to Palmeiras.

Andreas Pereira will not be charged. There had been a possibility of a case over him rubbing his foot on the turf during Memphis Dapay's missed penalty, but the prosecutor did not bring it.

After Flaco López scored the winner, Luighi kicked a ball that was beside the goal defended by Hugo Souza, and it struck a Corinthians supporter in the stands.

Luighi has been charged under Art. 258 of the CBJD and could receive a ban of one to six matches.

Palmeiras head coach Abel Ferreira has also been charged under Art. 258 II for his dismissal in the derby, after being sent off by referee Raphael Claus.
