The Blues owner has issued his latest message of encouragement to supporters
Birmingham City owner Tom Wagner has issued his latest message of encouragement to Blues supporters on social media ahead of the club's upcoming fixture against Stoke City at St. Andrew's @ Knighthead Park.
The American has jetted in from across the Atlantic for tomorrow's Championship fixture, one which could see Chris Davies hand out full or initial debuts to Jhon Solis, Ibrahim Osman and £6m-rated forward, August Priske.
It is a pivotal encounter in Blues' season as a whole too, as they will look to make it four wins out of their past five matches in all competitions whilst attempting to close the gap between themselves and the play-off places, which currently stands at five points.
Indeed, Birmingham are also coming into this highly-anticipated clash against the Potters looking for revenge after their below-par display in North Staffordshire on September 13th resulted in a 1-0 defeat, with Bosun Lawal netting the solitary goal of the encounter through a close-range header which looped over Ryan Allsop.
However, it is a much-changed Blues side which Stoke are set to be facing up against in comparison to then as they travel to B9 for the first time in 25 months, having ran out 3-1 victors on their last visit on Boxing Day 2023.
Wagner has often shared his strong opinions on developments - both on and off the pitch - at St. Andrew's ever since his initial takeover with Knighthead Capital Management in the summer of 2023, one which was turned into a full acquisition in November.
As such, the spotlight has been firmly cast on Blues in so many ways, with many expecting Davies' men to mount a sustained bid for the play-offs before a ball was kicked.
And, after seeing his team record their first away victory since October 21st in midweek against Sheffield Wednesday, the extremely vocal owner has continued to demonstrate a positive outlook, which appears to have rubbed off on the entire squad as they posed for a picture that was shared on Instagram.

Throughout his two-and-a-half year spell as majority owner in this part of the Second City, Wagner has fully immersed himself in the working-class outlook synonymous with Birmingham and its people, which has made him extremely popular, as well as the millions of pounds he has pumped into several aspects of the club.
During that time, the American has often been spotted amongst the crowd at away fixtures - notably against Wrexham - as well as being a regular in the directors' box at St. Andrew's alongside the likes of Director of Football, Craig Gardner, CEO Jeremy Dale and, on occasions, Advisory Board president and former NFL icon, Tom Brady.
On top of this, Wagner has called several 'Open House' meetings to showcase his lofty and ambitious plans to supporters, which continued in November when he was, unsurprisingly, at the front and centre of the unveiling for the 62,000-seater Powerhouse stadium that will be completed in the coming years.
Once again, he was seen issuing a message of support following Blues' 2-0 victory at Hillsborough in midweek through goals from Marvin Ducksch and Kyogo Furuhashi, and has since been present at the club's Elite Performance and Innovation Centre training base in Henley-in-Arden ahead of the club's second home fixture of 2026.
Posing for a photo alongside the entire first-team squad, the aforementioned Davies and his coaching staff, Wagner said: "Love this city, love this club, love this squad...LFG!!!'
"Keep Right On.
He subsequently added "See you (the fans) tomorrow........," followed by his adopted acronym of "FEA," showcasing how he feels about the outside noise generated to put pressure on the club.

Given their recent upsurge in form, Blues will come into this game fancying their chances of taking three points against a Stoke side who are thin on the ground in terms of players available to Mark Robins.
Lawal, who scored the winner in the reverse fixture, is ruled out through suspension, whilst Southampton loanee, Gavin Bazunu, became the latest player to join City's ever-growing injury list.
Blues have four players ruled out for this clash themselves in the form of Ethan Laird, Jack Robinson, Alex Cochrane and Demarai Gray, but have been handed a boost as Bright Osayi-Samuel returned from AFCON this week, having helped Nigeria to a third-place finish at the tournament.
