Torino have agreed a loan with option to buy worth €7m for Cagliari midfielder Matteo Prati, but problems suddenly emerged after a medical for Corinthians defender Tchoca.
The Granata are working to transform their squad under the guidance of coach Marco Baroni after a dismal start to the campaign.

Multiple sources including Sky Sport Italia, Sportitalia and more all confirm an agreement was reached with Cagliari for midfielder Prati.
He will arrive on loan for six months for circa €300,000 with an option to buy at the end of the season for a further €7m.
Prati is expected to arrive in Turin for his medical tests and to sign the contract over the next 24 hours.

He is the replacement for Kristjan Asllani, who is flying out to Istanbul this evening to join Besiktas on loan, having interrupted the deal with Inter.
Meanwhile, Torino thought 22-year-old defender Tchoca was a done deal from Corinthians on loan for €1.5m with obligation to buy for €4.5m plus add-ons.
However, this evening a problem suddenly emerged during the medical tests, and the entire transfer could sensationally collapse.
