PSG have won the 2025 UEFA Champions League and now there will be clubs like Arsenal, Manchester City, and Tottenham Hotspur eyeing the players who could want a bigger role.

Bradley Barcola has become a rising target for several top Premier League clubs. He began the season as the first-choice starter but eventually shared minutes with Desire Doue and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia as Luis Enrique regularly rotated his attacking options.

As a result, CaughtOffside reports, citing sources, that Arsenal, Manchester City, and Tottenham have all kept a close eye on the 22-year-old French international, scouting him heavily over the past few months.

The report says that even with growing interest from England, PSG remain firm and have no plans to sell the talented forward anytime soon.

Pep Guardiola is said to be particularly interested in Barcola and has been advised to see him as a long-term option if Jack Grealish leaves Manchester City this summer. Arsenal and Tottenham are also monitoring Barcola as they aim to add youth and attacking flair to their squads.

However, neither club is expected to make a move unless the capital club indicate they’re open to talks. According to CaughtOffside, PSG value Barcola at over €100 million, possibly as high as €120 million—a reflection of both his potential and importance to their long-term project.
