Tottenham Hotspur have reached a full agreement with Chelsea to sign winger Mykhailo Mudryk on a season-long loan, according to transfer reporter Fabrizio Romano.

Spurs will pay a loan fee for the Ukrainian’s services and are expected to cover his wages, with the deal including an option to buy at the end of the 2026/27 campaign, so Tottenham are not obliged to make the move permanent.

Personal terms were quickly agreed after Mudryk approved the switch to reunite with Roberto De Zerbi.

Seeking regular starting minutes and a system to reignite his career, Mudryk sees Tottenham as an ideal environment under a manager who understands his profile.

Chelsea sanctioned the loan to ensure Mudryk gets top-flight minutes while retaining long-term control through the non-mandatory purchase option.

Mudryk’s arrival gives De Zerbi valuable depth on the left, adding explosive pace and direct ball-carrying to Tottenham’s attack.
