Tottenham sign Tosin Adarabioyo from Chelsea | OneFootball

Tottenham have completed the permanent signing of centre-back Tosin Adarabioyo from Chelsea for around £7 million.

The 28-year-old defender arrives as a replacement for Kevin Danso, who joined Sunderland on loan with an obligation to buy earlier on deadline day.

Adarabioyo brings plenty of Premier League experience to Spurs, having previously represented Manchester City, West Bromwich Albion, Blackburn Rovers, Fulham and Chelsea. He came through City’s academy before establishing himself at Fulham, making 132 appearances across four seasons.

He joined Chelsea on a free transfer in 2024 and went on to make 70 appearances, scoring seven goals. During his time at Stamford Bridge, Adarabioyo won both the Europa League and FIFA Club World Cup in 2025.

The England youth international has now signed for Tottenham after Spurs initially explored a loan deal before opting for a permanent move.
