The Athletic reports that Tottenham and Everton have reached agreements for Iliman Ndiaye and Richarlison, with both moves advancing.

The transfers are separate transactions and each is subject to a medical before being finalised.

Richarlison, 29, is set for a return to Merseyside after four seasons there from 2018 to 2022. He has indicated he wants to leave and has 12 goals and five assists.

Ndiaye, 26, a Senegal international with 43 caps and five goals, had been targeted by Manchester City but is heading to London. Tottenham would be the third Premier League club of his career.
