Pep Guardiola and his players were back at the CFA today to recuperate after our fantastic 3-0 victory over Sunderland as we continue to impress in the Premier League.

Special Dias strike kickstarts comprehensive victory over Sunderland

As well as time recovering from the exertions of the clash with the Black Cats, work also started as we build up to Wednesday’s Champions League encounter at Real Madrid.

We’re live on TNT Sports for a 20:00 (UK) kick-off in the Bernabeu against Xabi Alonso’s Los Blancos.

It’s our sixth match of the 2025/26 League Phase following wins over Napoli, Villareal and Borussia Dortmund, a draw in Monaco and a defeat to Leverkusen.

We’re currently in ninth spot and in the knockout play-off places, but only outside the qualifying top eight on goal difference with games away at Madrid and Bodo/Glimt as well as a home clash with Galatasaray to come.

Our first team squad spent time in the gym and on the fields as they balanced recuperation with preparation with the exciting midweek encounter in the UCL coming firmly into view.
