The transfer window might have slammed shut for Premier League teams but the rumours continue. Here are all of Wednesday's whispers.

Ina rather enticing pond of free agents this summer, Dusan Vlahovic stands out as a big fish. Juventus are unlikely to renew the deal of the Serbian striker as the Old Lady looks to rid her purse of his club-record wages.

There are plenty of suitors keen to give Vlahovic another sizeable pay-packet, however, withFootball Italia claiming Chelsea and Newcastle will battle with AC Milan for his services.

Milan's potential move for Vlahovic follows a failed bid to signJean-Philippe Mateta in January. The Rossoneri withdrew their interest after medical examination, leaving the Frenchman facing an uncertain future at Crystal Palace.

Manchester United could make a move to sign Mateta and teammate Adam Wharton in the summer, report the Mirror, as the club seek an experienced alternative to Benjamin Sesko.

Meanwhile, theMetro claim United harbour an interest in Sandro Tonali. The Italian was tentatively linked with Arsenal on deadline day, with his agent less than convincing about his long-term future at Newcastle. Chelsea also like the Magpies' midfielder with the bidding required to start at around £100m.

After last summer's Eberechi Eze saga, there's another North London transfer tug-of-war in the offing.Leon Goretzka is on the radar of the capital clubs as his deal at Bayern approaches expiry.

Bayern Insider Christian Falk has revealed that Arsenal considered Goretzka in January following Mikel Merino's injury and could return in the summer.

Finally,Wolves have received a €25m offer from Palmeiras for Jhon Arias. The summer signing has struggled to settle at Molineux with a cluster of clubs keen to take him back to Brazil. Ben Jacobs
