We're back with Monday's murmurings in the transfer market. Here are all of the latest rumours and gossip.
TheDominik Szoboszlai to Real Madrid speculation is gaining traction. Vinicius Junior is reportedly pushing for the club to sign Szoboszlai, fresh from Hungary boss Marco Rossi outlining the midfielder's long-term desire to play for the Spanish side.
The two are good friends and Defensa Central claim that Vini is urging Los Blancos to snap up his pal fromLiverpool in the summer.
The list of midfielders linked withManchester United is astronomical. In this column alone we're reaching ridiculous numbers and a new week brings yet another new name.
Ibrahima Sangare is the latest shortlisted, according to Caught Offside, as the Red Devils deliberate the ideal import to replace Casemiro. Nottingham Forest require at least one big sale this summer, while potential Premier League relegation could lead to an exodus.
A fee of around €45m (£38m) has been mooted, withAston Villa and relegation rivals West Ham United also monitoring the Sangare's situation.
Across town, neighboursManchester City are aiming to go big on British talent this summer. In addition to chasing Elliot Anderson, the Citizens are 'closing in' on Newcastle right-back Tino Livramento. Football Insider say that a fee of around £70m is on the table, a figure that would make Livramento the priciest full-back in football history.
Newcastle could look to reinvest some of that windfall inMarcus Tavernier. The 26-year-old, who spent time in the club's academy system as a youngster, has piqued Eddie Howe's interest. TEAMtalk tell us that he's one of several Bournemouth assets on Newcastle's agenda, as Howe plots a raid on his old side. Alex Scott and Tyler Adams are also of interest.
Finally,Julian Brandt will leave Borussia Dortmund as a free agent in the summer. The midfielder, once Jurgen Klopp's preference to signing Mohamed Salah at Liverpool, has failed to agree terms on a new Dortmund deal. Still just 29, he'll be in demand.
