Free since the end of his contract with Lazio Rome, Jean-Daniel Akpa-Akpro has just found a new landing spot, once again in Italy.
The Ivorian midfielder (17 caps) has signed a one-year contract with the Gialloblu. He will be tied to the club until June 2026.
The Toulouse native played 132 matches with Les Violets since 2011 before joining Salernitana in Serie B in 2017. After three seasons in Salerno, he signed for Lazio Rome. He made 55 appearances for the capital club, scoring one goal.
Jean-Daniel Akpa-Akpro was loaned to Empoli during the 2022-2023 season before spending two loan spells at Monza (2023-2024 and 2024-2025).
